Poker is a card game that requires minimum two players and the maximum limit is not defined. Poker is considered a family game and is highly enjoyed during the vacations and holidays. The game is so popular that it boasts of communities and online sites. There are international poker tournaments too organized that offer huge prize money to the winner. Nevertheless, playing thus game is not an easy task and there are thumb rules and guidelines to be followed.
There are variations of poker games and the distinguishing is done based on how the card is dealt, the formation of hands and whether the high or the low hand will be the winner, bet limitations and number of betting rounds. In few games, both the high and low hands together are considered winner. The game generally starts with the first round having forced bet. The players have to match the bet and then call for a raise i.e. increase the betting value. Once the bet is not matched, the player folds his card. In the end, all the    players have managed to either match or fold. If all but one player has not folded then the pot with the betting amount goes to him without shoeing hand. Nevertheless, if there is more than one player who has not folded their card then there is a show of cards between them and the winner is decided.
